How do I apply for a D10 visa on HiKorea?

Hello! I'm a foreigner who has been living in Korea for two years now. I was working in Gangnam on an E2 visa, but my contract ended, so I'm taking a break and looking for a new job. I want to apply for a D10 visa, but I'm not sure which option to choose on the HiKorea website. I looked at various application options on the HiKorea site, such as 'Extension of Stay for Registered Foreigners' or 'Granting of Stay for Registered Foreigners.' However, I'm not sure where to apply for a D10 visa... Does anyone have a similar experience? I asked my other foreign friends, but they couldn't give me a definite answer. I would really appreciate any help!
