How are you adapting to the order of Korean names while overseas?

The Romanization of Korean names is noticeably changing from the order of surname-first to name-first. For example, if my name is Kim Cheol-Soo, in the past I would often be referred to as Chul-Soo Kim, but recently it has become more common to write it as Kim Cheol-Soo. This phenomenon is more visible as famous figures like director Bong Joon-ho and athlete Son Heung-min use the surname-first order. Amidst this change, I sometimes find myself wondering how to introduce my name in front of foreign colleagues. Are you also aware of this change? If you have changed the order of your name, I would like to hear the reason behind it. It may vary depending on individual choices, but please share your experiences.
