My American family adopted a relative who was born in Korea. The adoption process was not conducted through an official adoption agency; rather, the Korean family voluntarily signed documents to send her to the United States. Now, this relative wants to find her biological mother, and I fully understand and support this. Currently, the only information we have is her name and the university one person graduated from. With such limited information, I feel overwhelmed about where to start. Are there any websites or useful methods to help find her biological mother?
