How do you introduce a dog to someone else?

Hello! I am a foreigner currently living in Korea. These days, I often go to the park with my dog, and people come over to greet us when they see the dog. Recently, a couple watched our dog playing with a ball and gifted us a ball. What I'm curious about is how to naturally explain that my dog enjoys playing with people. I'm wondering what expressions are good to use when introducing a dog, as it's different from introducing a person. Is there a different way to introduce a dog in Korea? I would appreciate any helpful advice!
