Will dialect pronunciation come out on the topic test?

Hello! I am preparing for the TOPIK exam while thinking about how to study. I am using the 'howtostudykorean' website as my study material, but I am confused by the pronunciation when listening to the audio files. Especially, the female voice in the recording uses dialect and often uses everyday pronunciation because she is not a professional voice actor. For example, she pronounces '밭은' as '바슨' and '꽃은' as '꼬슨'. I wonder if this pronunciation is an official rule. Is this perhaps an everyday pronunciation? Like pronouncing '같아요' as '같애요'. Will this kind of pronunciation also appear on the TOPIK exam? I would appreciate advice from those with experience.
