Can foreigners in Korea receive scholarships for Korean language programs?

Hello! I am a 27-year-old foreigner studying Korean. I obtained the Sejong Hakdang 4B certificate in my country. I am currently looking for language programs in Korea to deepen my knowledge of Korean, but I am worried about the cost. Does having the Sejong Hakdang certificate increase the chances of receiving a scholarship? Anybody have a similar experience? I am researching various programs, but I am having trouble finding scholarship information. Can anyone recommend programs or provide scholarship information? I would be really grateful for any shared experiences! ㅠㅠ
