What should a dual citizen of the U.S. and South Korea do if they missed the deadline to choose their nationality?

Hello. I am a person with dual citizenship in the United States and South Korea, and I have been living in Korea since 2021. I recently learned that I missed the procedure to 'choose a female nationality' before turning 22. I am currently 22 years old, but can I still submit a nationality selection report or a non-exercise pledge, even if it's late? If I do not submit the relevant documents, how likely is it that the government will force me to choose a nationality? I am seeking advice from those who have experience or knowledge regarding this matter. If there are places near Gangnam or Hongdae where I can receive related counseling, I would appreciate your recommendations.
