How to resolve connection issues with the American version of the Tesla Model Y in South Korea?

Since moving to Korea recently, I finally brought my Tesla Model Y to Korea. Until now, I had been using a small Kia Ray as a rental car, and now I can finally meet my own car. The first thing I noticed after coming here is the lack of connectivity with the vehicle. Are there any other Tesla owners who have moved to Korea and resolved this issue?

I'm feeling a bit frustrated as I haven't been able to secure connectivity with the vehicle using the mobile app or other methods. I would love to hear advice or solutions from those who have had similar experiences in places like Gangnam or Itaewon. How did you resolve it? Please share what methods were effective.
