Can I obtain GLP-1 medication, tirzepatide, in South Korea?

Hello! I am currently moving to Korea for work, and I am taking a small dose of a medication called Tirzepatide to suppress my appetite. This medication helps me manage my appetite well, and I would like to continue taking it, but the clinic I am currently attending said they cannot ship the medication to Korea. Does anyone know of a hospital in Korea, especially in the Gangnam or Itaewon areas, that provides GLP-1 medications, particularly Tirzepatide? Also, I am currently paying $550 for a month's supply, and I am curious about the price in Korea. I would appreciate any related information or experiences you can share!
