Is it possible for foreigners to receive annual leave of 4 weeks or more at academies in Gangnam?

Hello! It's been 8 months since I came to Korea, and I'm working as an English instructor at an academy in Gangnam. I heard that there are places in Korea where you can get more than 4 weeks of annual leave, but most of the places I've found only offer around 10 days, so I'm a bit worried. Are there any of you who work at academies and have a lot of annual leave like me? I've also looked at sites like Job Korea and Albamon, but they all seem similar. Could you recommend any good academies or job sites? I would be really grateful for your help. ㅠㅠ
