Can foreigners naturally learn drinking etiquette in Korea?

Recently, I thought about the etiquette of turning my head while drinking when having drinks with older people. As a Korean, I do this naturally, but I’m not sure when or from whom I learned it. I think I just followed what the people around me did. At drinking gatherings, there are various 'invisible rules' such as not filling my own glass first, but rather filling the other person's glass first, or not leaving the other person's glass empty. I’m curious whether foreigners in Korea are naturally learning these etiquettes, or if no one cares about them anymore. If there are foreigners living in places like Gangnam or Hongdae, it would be great if you could share your experiences on how you learned these Korean drinking etiquettes and whether they are actually important.
